Product Information and Pricing

openhand Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should product information, pricing, or availability contain an error, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variation (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; openhand Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by openhand Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. Intellectual Property

All content on openhand Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "openhand Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to openhand Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any openhand Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of openhand Store's services shall first be submitted to openhand Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

openhand Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
